MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• higher education (banking, economics);
• experience in the banking sector (as a manager or chief branch);
• knowledge of banking processes and products;
• experience of working in the Bank's software complexes;
• proactivity, sociability; 
• the ability to work in a team.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Organizing and conducting training for newly hired employees on working in the Bank’s software complexes;
• monitoring the level of knowledge of employees;
• cooperation with the Bank’s structural units on training newly hired employees employees.
