Your key tasks:

  • Program administration and management benefits for the company's employees (DMS, corporate discounts, gift certificates, loyalty programs, etc.);
  • Creating technical tasks to automate and improve the efficiency of compensation and benefits administration processes;
  • Development and implementation of a communication strategy for compensation and benefits programs - information, engagement, feedback;
  • Participation in the formation of systems-related policies and procedures compensations and benefits;
  • Conducting market analysis (benchmarks) to determine the competitiveness of the company's offers;
  • Budgeting and financial analysis of costs for compensation and benefits programs, preparing reports and recommendations;
  • Initiating and implementing new benefits programs, evaluating their effectiveness and feasibility of current ones;
  • Conducting HR analytics: collection, processing and interpreting data related to compensation, benefits, staff structure and program effectiveness;
  • Interaction and communication with internal teams regarding activities, corporate programs and supporting the documentation of their delivery.

  • A confident user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables);
  • You have a basic understanding of Power BI or an interest in development in HR analytics (will be an advantage);
  • You have curiosity to the HR sphere, compensation practices and the development of corporate programs.
