• higher education (banking, economics, psychology);
• experience working as a business trainer in the field of sales/finance;
• good knowledge of MS Office;
• ability to work with different groups of personnel and to teach the material clearly and interestingly;
• knowledge of modern technologies of effective sales and modern methods of personnel training;
• ability to conduct training activities equally well online and offline;
• proactivity, sociability, ability to work in a team.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• conducting educational activities: distance learning, classroom and online training, coaching, etc.;
• compilation of methodological materials, training courses and tests for new employees, as well as for improving the qualifications of existing employees employees;
• monitoring the level of knowledge of employees;
• cooperation with the management and other departments of the company on issues of training and development personnel;
• participation in adaptation programs;
• analyze trends in the field of personnel training and development, as well as implement best practices in their activities.
