Personnel training and development manager in MOU Agenciya oboronnih zakupivel, DP

We are looking for a specialist, who will be involved in the organization of training and development of a large AOZ team.

State enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is a state enterprise engaged in procurement of weapons and military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Our goal is to transform the defense procurement system in order to more effectively provide the Armed Forces with modern weapons and strengthen their capabilities on the battlefield.

Our expectations from candidates:

• 2 years of experience in the field of training and personnel development
• Understanding the full cycle of the organization training (from needs gathering to performance evaluation)
• Experience of interacting with training providers and managing projects in a corporate environment
• Experience in implementing internship or mentoring programs
• Experience in developing individual development plans
• Experience in the formation of methodological materials when creating training programs
• Experience in LMS administration will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Patriotism, zero tolerance for corruption
• Ability to work in conditions of change

Main tasks in the position:

• Organization, coordination and support of training projects and programs (soft & hard skills)
• Analysis of training needs, selection of providers and best practices for the implementation of training initiatives
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of personnel development projects
• Participation in the development and updating of electronic courses (communication with customers, monitoring, reminders)
• Administration of the corporate training portal
• Working with primary documents (contracts, invoices, acts of services rendered)
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the conducted training (reports, analytics, surveys feedback)
