Our employee in this position:

• Organizes the maintenance of military records of conscripts and recruits
• Responsible for the examination of primary documents during employment, transfer, dismissal, work with the candidate, elimination of inconsistencies
• Responsible for accompanying the stages of employee reservation for critical positions
• Controls changes for employees who are booked
• Responsible for consultation on filling out a personal letter and autobiography candidate
• Responsible for accompanying candidates during the process of drawing up an employment contract, dismissal, transfer
• Responsible for familiarizing employees with orders
• Responsible for maintaining personal files, work books of employees

• A confident user of MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint
• Understanding of regulatory and legal acts on personnel, military accounting, personnel management
• Experience of working with methodical materials for personnel accounting and personnel management
