VACANCY: Operations Director Vakaruk Studio

we are actively preparing to open new locations.

We are not just a studio - we are creating an industry.

At the same time, we are developing the educational direction and opening Vakaruk Academy, as well as launching our own brand hair cosmetics - moVA hair, which has already become an integral part of our care philosophy and will be presented on the international market.

For further scaling, opening new studios and strengthening internal processes, we are looking for an operations director who will become a key figure in managing the network, team and development of the company - the right hand of the owner and the driver growth.

Your tasks

Full operational management of the studio: stable work, opening/closing, readiness control of all zones.

Service and atmosphere control: standards of cleanliness, hospitality.

Team management: selection, adaptation, mentoring, personnel development.

Organization of work schedules (masters and administrators) through Altegio/CRM.

Control of financial disciplines: cash register, reporting, accounting, expenses.

Working with suppliers and contractors: quality, deadlines, procurement optimization.

Management of consumables: inventory, orders, minimization of write-offs.

Resolving complex situations and claims: finding solutions, quick response, working with NPS.

Support of a high level of customer service at all stages of interaction.

Conducting regular meetings and 1:1: setting tasks, monitoring results.

Participation in marketing activities: promotions, promos, educational products.

Studio content control: stories, filming, visuals, cooperation with bloggers/UGC.

MoVA hair's product promotion and studio sales boost.

Analytics of key indicators: downloads, repetition, average check, sales.

Looking for opportunities for studio development: process optimization, new formats, service improvement.

Our ideal candidate

  • Has 1 year of management experience in beauty/wellness.
  • Understands operations, financial principles and service.
  • Able to work with CRM (Altegio or similar).
  • Systematic, responsible, organized.
  • Able to resolve conflicts diplomatically and without emotions.
  • Has high communication skills and love to clients.
  • Wants to grow with the studio and the scale of the project.
