The international charitable organization "SOS Children's Towns Charitable Foundation" invites to join the team a Specialist/personnel position.

  • Formation, maintenance and audit of personal files of employees.
  • Maintenance of archives of personal files.
  • Preparation of certificates, extracts, reports for upon request.
  • Preparation of contracts for signing by service providers, if necessary.
  • Job instructions and organizational structure

    • Development and preparation of job instructions for all categories of positions for further approval by managers and control of their signing.
    • Regular revision and updating of job instructions.
    • Update and management of the organizational structure, preparation of subordination schemes and changes to the structure.

    Working with the program

    • Administration of personnel data in the D365 and BAS accounting system.
    • Ensuring the correctness of entered data.
    • in the system, generating reports.
    • Participation in the optimization of HR processes.

    HR Compliance

    • Control of the availability of mandatory documents and signing of internal policies.
    • Participation in the development of policies, surveys, analytics.
    • Preparation of documents for internal/external audits.

    Main requirements:

    • Higher education (bachelor, specialist, master).
    • Experience in personnel administration.
    • Confident user of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory acts frompersonnel accounting and record keeping.
    • Practical experience in developing job instructions
    • High level of responsibility and confidentiality.
    • High attention to detail, systematicity, attentiveness, accuracy, ability to work with large volumes of information.
    • Ability to work in multitasking mode.
    • Team player.
    • Proficiency in English at a level no lower than average will be an advantage.
