MIK LLC is a large sewing enterprise, a leader in Ukraine in the production of overalls and military uniforms, invites a personnel manager to work at the sewing factory of MIK LLC in Berdychev.

Education: secondary-special, secondary-technical, higher education

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar positions
• A confident user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel — mandatory), 1C 7 or 1C 8;
• knowledge of personnel administration and the basics of labor legislation
• Activity, focus, responsibility
• Organization, attention to details, ability to work with a large amount of information.

Functional responsibilities:

• Formation of personnel documents (recruitment, transfer, vacation, dismissal).
• Preparation of internal reporting for the manager as necessary.
• Work with reports.
• Search for personnel, staffing.

• Work schedule Mon. - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (to be discussed)
