HR specialist (with the function of a recruiter) in TTSWTRS

TTSWTRS is an internationally known fashion brand that combines innovative design, high production quality and unique aesthetics. We are expanding the team and are looking for an HR specialist who will help us attract the best professionals and maintain effective HR processes within the company.

Main responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

• The full cycle of recruitment for manufacturing and retail (from seamstresses and designers to sales stylists, production managers and office roles).
  

• Formation of hiring managers.
  
• Publication of vacancies, conducting screening calls.
  
• Evaluation of the candidate at all stages.
  
• Interaction with HR director and department heads.
  
• Preparation of offers, support of new employees.
• Maintenance of the candidate database.2. Personnel administration (30%)

  • Design and supportfrom personnel documents (orders, hiring/dismissal, transfers, vacations).
    
    

  • Maintaining relevance personal affairs, data management in the HR system.
    
    

  • Working with time sheets.
    
    

  • Preparation of analytical reports for management and participation in internal HR processes.

  Experience in HR from 2 years (preferably in retail, fashion or production).
  
  

  • Experience in closing operations and mass vacancies is a big plus.
    
    

  • Understanding personnel administration processes, knowledge of labor legislation in Ukraine.
    
    

  • Skills for conducting interviews and assessing competencies.
