Director of the enterprise in Tripilskiy pakuvalniy kombinat, TOV

Main responsibilities:

• General management of the activities of the enterprise with procurement of waste paper
• Management of operational processes: reception, sorting, storage, logistics, sales
• Formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of the direction of waste paper
• Control of financial and economic indicators, budget and costs
• Construction effective work with suppliers of waste paper and key buyers
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of environmental, tax and labor legislation
• Representing the interests of the company in relations with partners and regulatory authorities
• Formation, management and motivation of the team

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in management positions from 3-5 years
• Experience in the field of waste paper procurement, secondary raw materials or waste processing is a significant advantage
• Understanding of the waste paper market, pricing, logistics and sales
• Strong management, financial and analytical skills
• Result orientation, system thinking, responsibility
