Basic responsibilities:

• Search and selection Candidates for open vacancies at the company;
• Closing vacancies by classical recruitment methods, direct search;
• Development and implementation of the Strategy/Plan of Jobs Closing;
• Active work with Job sites, social and professional networks;
• conducting telephone, online and personal interviews with candidates;
• Communication with internal customers, meeting organization;
• Participation in the HR Department projects.
