The Center for Humanitarian Demining is a budget institution and was created for the purpose of practical implementation of humanitarian demining measures.

In order to effectively operate the Center, we are looking for young, active, purposeful people with a desire to join the team work and develop with us!

Vacant position: personnel organizer

Main tasks:

- participates in determining the company's need for personnel, developing programs for social development, rational use of personnel, strengthening labor discipline, analyzing the reasons for staff turnover.;

- studies the application of current forms and systems of labor remuneration, material and moral encouragement at the enterprise criteria determined by a staff development professional. Prepares relevant reports. Within the scope of competences, develops and submits proposals for their improvement.

- studies the labor market in order to determine sources for personnel selection of the necessary professions, specialties and qualifications;

- participates in the organization of work with personnel accounting and documentation on personnel issues, management of personal affairs of employees, making entries in work books, determination of work experience. Controls the accounting of vacations, violations of labor discipline, incentives and fines, etc.;

- prepares documents regarding the acceptance, transfer, release of employees, certificates of length of service for pensions, etc.;

- prepares documents for evaluation of the results of personnel work, certification of employees, competitions for filling vacant positions;

- participates in the work of attestation and qualification commissions of the enterprise, controls the preparation of their documents;

- participates in the preparation of the project collective agreement, control over the terms of its implementation by responsible persons;

- organizes measures to determine the state of labor discipline, control over compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations;

- maintains an electronic database of internal normative and methodical documents on specialized issues — personnel management, statistics, etc.;

- ensures control over the deadlines for the execution of documents.

- makes orders for equipment, materials and services of the Department.

Requirements: 

- specialist higher education/bachelor in the relevant field of training;

- work experience in a professional direction at the enterprise - at least 2 years;< /p>

- experience of working in state institutions and organizations, banking institutions,  corporate sector will be an advantage;

- skills of business correspondence and drafting documents;

- experience of working in the program 1C, MASTER, with the ASKOD electronic document management system (SEV OVV) will be an advantage;

- fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs;

- excellent command of the state language (oral and written);

- excellent communication and organizational skills.
