ToV "Litpol Ukraine" — a production enterprise for the production of metal furniture and equipment — invites a personnel manager to the team for systematic work on the selection of employees and control of labor discipline.

Responsibilities:

Search and selection of production personnel (welders, CNC operators, painters, etc.) style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">• Management of personnel records

• Control of the time sheet

• Formation of work schedules and variability

• Control of compliance with labor disciplines

• Recording of violations and preparation of official documents

• Interaction with the accounting department regarding the calculation of wages

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR / personnel administration from 2 years

• Experience of working at a manufacturing enterprise is desirable

• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine

• Experience in the selection of labor specialties

Systematic, responsible, principled

Stable work in a manufacturing company

• Direct interaction with management

• Ability to implement and build an HR system
