We are looking for a person who is comfortable working with people and documents, who is familiar with labor legislation and wants to to develop in a stable company of the automotive business

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in HR administration from 2 years (companies with 100+ employees);
• You know the Labor Code of Ukraine well and follow shifts
• You work confidently with MS Office, you have experience in 1C 8 / BAS
• It is easy for you to communicate with people, you are attentive and organized
• You know how to keep documents and deadlines in order

What will you do:

• Manage a full cycle personnel records of the company: employment, transfers, dismissals, vacations, sick days, business trips;
• Formation and management of personal files of employees;
• Maintenance of work books: accounting and storage, if necessary - digitization and transfer of data to the PFU (currently all work books are already digitized);
• Working time accounting: reports, schedules changes;
• Formation and amendments to the staff list;
• Issuing and issuing to employees the necessary documents for submission upon request (references, personnel documents);
• Participation in the preparation of regulations, job descriptions of employees;
• Participation in HR department projects.
