Labor economist in Gazorozpodilni merezhi Ukrayini, TOV

The Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine, LLC company is a leading supplier of gas in the city of Kharkiv. Currently, due to staff expansion, we are looking for a "Labor Economist" to join our team.

What you will do:

- Analyze and optimize labor costs in the company

- Develop and implement strategies to increase the efficiency of the use of the workforce

- Collaborate with company divisions to ensure optimal personal of staff

- Conduct labor market analysis and trend forecasting

Required experience:

- Higher economic education

- Experience in the analytical field for at least 2 years

- Ability to work with large volumes of information and perform data analysis

- High level of mastery of Excel and data analysis programs
