Our enterprise is engaged in the production of high-tech and science-intensive transformer, reactor, switchboard equipment and complete transformer substations, cable and wire production.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel administration: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, registration of all types of vacations, preparation of personnel orders, certificates
• Maintenance of the time sheet
• Drafting vacation schedule
• Communications with candidates for admission, with department heads - in the collection and correct preparation of documents for acceptance/dismissal
• Later, more interesting functions will be added in the field of internal communications, personnel evaluation, motivation, etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of current legislation within the limits of one's duties, personnel document management
• A confident computer user - all office programs, accounting programs, office equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Competent oral and written language
• Attention to details, self-organization, good memory, speed and quality of standard repetitive functions
