Our client is a leading equipment distributor and turnkey solutions provider for businesses in the mining, mineral extraction, construction and warehouselogistics.

Now the company is looking for a HR Manager (generalist) for its team.

Main tasks:

• Audit of current HR processes in the company and development of an action plan for their improvement. 
• Development of HR strategies and initiatives that meet the organization's goals and objectives.
• Organization and control of an effective recruitment and selection process.
• Implementation of onboarding and adaptation programs for new employees for quick integration and successful work in the team.
• Study of employee potential and development plans. 
• Organization of the training process.
• Participation and initiation of timely changes in the remuneration system, employee motivation. Promoting safety and health and well-being initiatives of employees through employee wellness and assistance programs.
• Maintaining a positive corporate culture and a comfortable psychological atmosphere in the team.

• A confident user of MS Office programs.
• Determination, activity, sociability, ability to work in multitasking mode.
