Chief specialist of the personnel management department in GU Derzhgeokadastru v Ivano-Frankivskiy oblasti

The Head Office of the State Geocadastre in Ivano-Frankivsk Region is looking for a qualified and responsible person for the position of "Chief Specialist of the Personnel Management Department".

Requirements:

• Legal education.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.

Working conditions:

• Civil service position, appointment during the period of martial law in Ukraine and before the appointment of the winner of the competition for this position, but not longer than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the preparation of documents on the appointment, transfer and dismissal of the staff of the Main Department;
• formation and management of personal files of employees.
• maintenance of records of vacations, formation of the personnel vacation schedule, preparation of draft orders on the granting of vacations;
• keeping military records.

Wage conditions:

Salary: UAH 11,855. + allowances and additional payments in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", an allowance for the rank of a civil servant, in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.01.2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of public bodies" (as amended).
