Responsibilities:

• search for candidates, formation of personnel reserve;
• organization of integration of new employees into the team;
• ensuring the implementation of personnel procedures from hiring to dismissal of employees; personnel;
• resolving conflict situations and maintaining employee satisfaction;

Requirements:

• experience in personnel management
• understanding of the principles and procedures of personnel management;
• ability to work with personnel documentation and ensure its timely and accurate execution;
• excellent communication skills;
• knowledge of labor legislation and personnel issues;
• preferred experience of working with databases and personnel accounting programs; initiative, attention to detail, responsibility, active lifestyle.
