VNIS is a leading seed company with a full production cycle. We are engaged in science, cultivation and sale of seeds. We are currently looking for a responsible specialist who will lead the personnel administration department and provide the company with the necessary personnel.

Your key tasks:

1. Personnel administration and military accounting:

  • Maintenance of personnel administration in full (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, vacations, sick leave).
  • Formation and maintenance of personal files, filling out work books (electronic and paper).
  • Military accounting: maintenance of records of conscripts, preparation of reports to the TCC, support of the reservation procedure employees.
  • Interaction with the accounting department regarding tabulation and accruals.

2. Recruiting and adaptation:

  • Active search and selection of personnel (agronomists, production specialists, logisticians, sales managers).
  • Conducting initial interviews, assessment of candidates' compliance with the requirements of divisions.
  • Organization of new employee's entry to work and support during the adaptation period.

3. Analytics and monitoring:

  • Monitoring the labor market and the level of salaries in the industry.
  • Reporting on closing vacancies and staff turnover.

  • Work experience: from 3 years in the field of personnel management and recruiting (experience in agricultural or manufacturing companies will be advantage).
