We are looking for a strong, system manager for a marketing agency who can build a stable operating model:
bring order in finances, processes and team, ensure scaling, control of results and predictability of business.
We only consider candidates with experience in marketing / performance / arbitration traffic.
Main tasks:
• Monitoring the work of teams (media buying, sales, support, finance) and KPI implementation.
• Building and optimizing operational processes in the marketing / arbitration team.
• Management of all marketing areas: paid traffic, performance, analytics, partnerships.
• Control of the financial model: budgets, P&L, ROI, cash flow, scaling.
• Building a reporting system and transparent analytics.
• Recruitment, adaptation and team development (buyers, team leaders, analysts, managers).
• Coordination of work between departments to achieve financial results.
