Main responsibilities:

• Organization of an effective production process, smooth operation of the production shop,
• Planning the production of orders, monitoring compliance with the plan by the production unit;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of production tasks and production plan;
• Proposals on optimizing production and technological processes without loss of product quality;
• Management of production personnel, training and development of personnel;
• Maintenance of microclimate and team spirit;
• Solution of operational production tasks.

Terms jobs:

• Work schedule — 8:30 a.m. — 4:30 p.m., five-day work week, Sat, Sun — day off
• Official employment
• Place of work — Dnipro, st. Molodogvardiyska, 6, Radiozavodu district

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical);
• Successful experience in managing production,  workshop;
• Confident user of PC 1С-8.3;
• Experience in multitasking mode;
• Responsibility, decency, flexibility, stress resistance, purposefulness, efficiency;
• Systematic, analytical thinking;
• Determining oneself and subordinates.
