What you will do:

  • Select and adapt staff who share our values and approach to education;
  • Organize the processes of adaptation of new employees, support their motivation and development;
  • Maintain personnel (recruitment, dismissal, vacations, staff list, timesheets, etc.) and military accounting (having a certificate will be an advantage) in full and document circulation in accordance with the law;
  • Maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the team, help in solving work issues;
  • Work on improving internal processes and corporate culture.

You are suitable for us if:

  • You have 1 year or more of experience in the field of HR or personnel management;
  • You have an education at least unfinished higher education;
  • Able to effectively organize your time and work independently;
