Production manager in Frontline Robotics

Frontline Robotics is a Ukrainian MilTech company that develops and manufactures robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Due to the active growth of production and the scaling of the product line, we are looking for a Production Manager who will be responsible for the effective organization of production processes, team management and ensuring stable production of high-quality products.

Our wishes for the candidate:

• Engineering education / engineering experience
• Ability to manage people
• Ability to make a plan production and adhere to it
• Ability to build and maintain production lines
• Ability to synchronize the work of logistics, Q&A and production

Will be a plus:

• Work experience with Odoo
• Experience in construction of processes related to welding
• Experience in production construction
• Experience in production automation
• Conflict management
• Risk management

Your responsibilities will include:

• Construction of production with already existing infrastructure, logistics, processes of interaction with R&D.
• Adherence, implementation and improvement of existing production processes
• Creation and adherence to the plan of hiring, procurement, production capacity
• Construction and improvement of processes of production production lines
