Hello. My name is Tatyana, I am the head of the personnel department at the Viyar company. Now our department has 12 incredibly cool, professional, fun super-HRs who love people, know how and where to find great specialists, form effective teams and care about everyone in the company.

This year, the company is expanding production and forming additional teams at our factory in Vasylkiv. And for this, we want to invite one more colleague to our team - a personnel manager.

• skills for working with CRM systems for HR will be an advantage.

Main tasks:

• full recruitment cycle: currently it is production teams, warehouses and related departments;
• responsibility for search, development, support of the company's branch team;
• interaction with department heads;
• partial involvement in management personnel accounting;
• participation in HR projects, social initiatives and the active life of the company.
