Personnel inspector (military accounting at the enterprise) in Ruta, TM / VGP, PrAT

The VGP company - the leading Ukrainian manufacturer of sanitary and hygienic products of TM "RUTA" invites to the team a Personnel inspector, responsible for keeping military records at the company.

Main duties:

• keeping in full, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, personal military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists working at the enterprise; providing advice on military accounting to employees of the enterprise;
• keeping personnel records in the following processes: accounting for the personnel of the enterprise, forming personal files of employees, personal cards of employees, making changes to them related to work activities; systematic preparation of orders, personal files, identity cards for submission to the state archive; filling in and, at the request of the employee, making the appropriate entries in the work books, if they are available at the enterprise, keeping records and storing them, interacting with the PFU regarding the digitization of work books. 400">
• knowledge of the legal framework for military accounting, in particular the "Order of organization and maintenance of military accounting of conscripts, conscripts and reservists" No. 1487 dated 30.12.2022;
• work experience in the field of military accounting and personnel document management.

It will be an advantage:

• availability of a certificate;
• knowledge of the legal framework on mobilization issues, in particular the Laws of Ukraine "On mobilization training and mobilization", "On military duty and military service".
