• have experience as an HR manager/HR Generalist from 2 years;
• understand how recruiting, adaptation, performance management system works;
• understand business processes and function interactions (departments) in teams;
• Join the adaptation of newcomers;
• Analyze efficiency and help improve skills;
• Look at business processes from an HR angle - look for tools to improve team results;
• Do surveys, feedback, initiate ideas to develop loyalty in teams, improve interaction and engagement.
