• Managing personnel Full-time office administration (staff of 300 people);
• Formation of personnel files;
• Registration of admission/transfer/dismissal, vacations, issuance of employee disability certificates, maintenance of work books (remaining), issuance of necessary documents to employees upon request;
• Internal personnel reporting;
• Registration of foreigners;
• Introduction of changes to the staff list;
• Preparation of personnel orders;
• Preparation/checking of vacation schedules;
• Participation in the development of internal regulations;
• Archiving of documents;
• Military accounting (preferably a diploma of advanced training);

Requirements:

• Higher education (personnel management, jurisprudence);
• Knowledge of 1C ZUP 8.3 / 1C Accounting for Ukraine 8.3 and with the Microsoft Office program package;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and all innovations (especially during martial law), personnel management rules clerical;
• Experience of working with FOP and several legal entities is mandatory
• Resistance to stress, ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work autonomously;
• Willingness to work with large volumes and lack of panic in multitasking mode.
