That is why we are strengthening the team and looking for a Financial Director who will help the company move to a new level of systematization, manageability and strategic planning.

Main tasks

• Maintaining the company's financial strategy and maintaining an up-to-date financial model
• Planning and control of budgets, regular forecasting
• Management of cash flows and payment calendar
• Preparation of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Control of cost and key financial indicators
• Optimization of tax burden and interaction with accounting
• Evaluation of financial risks

Requirements

• Experience in the position of Financial Director / Head of Finance / CFO from 2 years
• Experience in HoReCa or other business with a large number of transactions will be an advantage
• Proficiency in financial planning tools: financial modeling, budgeting, cash flow management
• Skills in building management reporting and creating/supporting a financial system company
• Experience with ERP/BI-systems will be a plus
• Proactivity, responsibility and the ability to argue financial decisions
