Responsibilities

• conducting a full cycle of personnel record keeping 2 jur. persons (110 persons in total);

• keeping military records;

• conclusion of GIG contracts (up to 50 people in total);

• formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities

• development of job instructions;

• personnel accounting and its systematic analysis, entering data into the company's internal tables;

• keeping records of vacations;

• reconciliation of reports;

• recording of all financial changes in employees.

Important skills:

• good knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts on labor;

• the ability to monitor changes in legislation and understand innovations;

• knowledge of the rules for drawing up personnel documents;

• knowledge of the basics of military accounting;

• work experience in personnel administration of 3 years or more in companies with a staff of 100 or more employees;

• confident PC user;

• independence, scrupulousness, purposefulness, responsibility and attention to numbers will be an advantage.

Will be a plus:

• awareness of the legal regime Action City;

• knowledge of the specifics of personnel administration in the production sphere;
