What you need to do:

• analyze requests from users and solve the main problems
• monitor the on-time performance of tasks (SLA)
• write instructions
• communicate and cooperate with analysts and site developers, specialists from different departments of the Company.
  

Will be a plus:

• experience in user support (Service Desk 2d line support)
• experience in working with CMS systems
• experience in working with Jira, Confluence;
• English - at the level of reading technical documentation.
