What we expect from you:

• confident use of such programs as: 1C8, M.E.Doc, Vchasno, BAS, etc.;
• understanding of the basics and compliance with the labor legislation of Ukraine (in particular, Labor Code);
• knowledge of personnel administration and tracking of changes in legislation (updating information on working conditions);
• willingness to work quickly with large volumes of information.

What will be included in your duties?

- personnel administration: registration of hiring, transfer, transfer and dismissal of employees, preparation of orders, accounting for vacations and sick leave;

- documentation management: registration and storage of personal files, work books and personnel records;

- time accounting: keeping a time sheet, monitoring compliance with the rules of the internal work schedule;

- reporting: participation in the formation and submission of personnel reports (to state bodies, the Pension Fund, etc.);

- reference work: issuing certificates of labor activity, making entries in labor books;

- control: ensuring compliance of personnel documents with labor legislation.
