Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and control of all operational HR processes.
- Maintenance and control of personnel records in accordance with current legislation.
- Providing the company with qualified personnel.
- Participation in HR projects and initiating new ones HR-initiative.
- Analysis of personnel efficiency.
- Preparation of reports for the head office.
- Consulting of management and employees.
- Development of motivational programs.
Key requirements:
- Higher education.
- Work experience of 3 years (preferably production).
- Critically important experience keeping personnel records and in-depth knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine (KZpP).
- Experience in the implementation of HR business processes.
- Understanding all HR functions.
- Sufficient command of a PC.
- English language — basic level (A1–A2) with willingness to develop.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
