Personnel inspector in Ilta, TOV

ILTA company, the official dealer of PEUGEOT, CITROEN, DS, JEEP cars in Ukraine, as well as a service center for servicing OPEL cars. We invite to our team a inspector of the human resources department.

Duties:

• Processing the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law legislation;
• Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees;
• Registration of all types of vacations, organization and control over the timely provision of annual vacations, preparation of the vacation schedule;
• Issue of sick leaves in the personnel department, calculation of insurance and work experience;
• Maintenance of time sheets;
• Preparation of internal and external personnel reporting;
• Consulting employees on issues of labor legislation and personnel procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Work experience in a similar position from 1
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Desire and ability to learn quickly, ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Confident user of MS Office, preferably experience with personnel systems (M.E.Doc, 1C ZUP)
• Responsibility, attention to details, communication.
• Knowledge of military management accounting
• Desire to work in a team and develop professionally.
