Personnel inspector in EDEM-CENTR

Edem Center - the managing company of a group of enterprises operating in the automotive and construction business. 

• full management of personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• registration of admissions, transfers, dismissals, sick and leave;
• formation and maintenance of personnel files and employment books; reporting;
• timesheets;
• control of labor discipline;
• maintaining a personnel archive and nomenclature of cases;
• interaction with state bodies in personnel matters;
• incoming/outgoing correspondence;
• office support and execution of the manager's orders within the limits positions.

We expect from you:

• experience of working as a personnel inspector from 1 year;
• knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• attention, systematicity, responsibility and punctuality.
