EXPERIENCE
5+ years in management operational positions (COO / Head of Operations / Operations Manager)
Experience in managing teams of 10+ people
Experience in building processes "from scratch" or deep transformation
Experience of working with KPI, SLA, financial indicators
Experience in franchise or network models preferred

1. Franchisee support
90%+ franchisees starton time or ahead of schedule
95% of franchisees pass launch according to a standardized checklist without critical deviations
Franchisee satisfaction level (NPS) -not lower than 8/10
Reducing the number of escalations to the owner tominimum
Clearly described and documented club launch process (SOP, checklists, timelines)
Each manager manages a clearly defined number of franchisees

Participation in the strategic development of CYBERION
$1500 + bonuses (we will briefly give examples, we will consider in detail at the meeting):
Starting new clubs - $100 / each opening. COO is responsible for actual result of franchise launch.
Current clubs (franchisee revenue) - 10%. COO responsible for franchisee income, otherwise the franchise has no value.
Performance and unit economy - 10%. COO does not hide behind the brand, and controls the numbers.
