Chief Operating Officer (COO)

CYBERION is a large-scale network of eSports clubs that develops on a franchise model. Our focus is systematicity, standards, a strong operating model and a predictable result for each franchisee.

We are looking forOperations Director who will take full responsibility for the franchisee's support system.

POSITION MISSION

Ensure font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">stable, scalable operation of the CYBERION networkby building an effective operating system and achieving measurable results for franchisees.

ZONE RESPONSIBILITIES

Current

  • Full control

    personal managers

  • Management of heads of departments

  • Analytics of operational indicators

  • Implementation of CRM / task management / control systems

  • Control and search of contractors

  • Preparation of the operating model for entering new markets

Promising (as it grows)

  • Control:

    • store of additional goods (merch, upgrades, components)

    • legal direction

    • of financial control and reporting

  • Franchise P&L Optimization

KEY COMPETENCESRequired

  • Operational thinking: the ability to build systems, not "put out fires"

  • Strict responsibility for the result, not per process

  • Analytics: decisions based on numbers, not feelings

  • Strong management: demanding + structure

  • Process approach (SOP, regulations, KPI)

  • Communication with business owners / partners

Will be a plus

  • Experience in franchise, network business, HoReCa, retail or service networks

  • Business scaling experience

  • Understanding IT / technical processes

  • Experience in building a support service or customer success

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in management operational positions (COO / Head of Operations / Operations Manager)

  • Experience in managing teams of 10+ people

  • Experience in building processes "from scratch" or deep transformation

  • Experience of working with KPI, SLA, financial indicators

  • Experience in franchise or network models preferred

KEY RESULTS FOR 12-18 MONTHS

1. Franchisee support

  • 90%+ franchisees starton time or ahead of schedule

  • 95% of franchisees pass launch according to a standardized checklist without critical deviations

  • Franchisee satisfaction level (NPS) -not lower than 8/10

  • Reducing the number of escalations to the owner tominimum

2. Launch Department

  • Clearly described and documented club launch process (SOP, checklists, timelines)

  • Optimized and controlled font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">No manual start-up

3. Personal franchisee managers

  • Each manager manages a clearly defined number of franchisees

  • All problems are fixed, analyzed and solved systematically 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">4. Technical support

    • SLA for handling requests (first response time, resolution time)

    • Reducing recurring technical issues

    • Knowledge base for franchisees and staff

    5. Scaling operations

    • Operational model withstands network growth without proportional staff growth

    HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

    • Franchisees are happy and making money

    • Processes work without owner involvement

    • Teams know what to do and are accountable

    • Scaling does not break the system

    • If not ready to build systems and demand compliance with standards

    Terms

    • Full time employment

    • High level of autonomy

    • Direct interaction with owners

    • Participation in the strategic development of CYBERION

    • $1500 + bonuses (we will briefly give examples, we will consider in detail at the meeting):

      • Starting new clubs - $100 / each opening. COO is responsible for actual result of franchise launch.

      • Current clubs (franchisee revenue) - 10%. COO responsible for franchisee income, otherwise the franchise has no value.

      • Performance and unit economy - 10%. COO does not hide behind the brand, and controls the numbers.

      • System, team, standards - 10%. Ifchaos in the team - bonus of this block = 0.
