It is important for us:
- Higher education
- experience of working as an inspector of the personnel department/assistant inspector of the personnel department from the 1st year, experience in military accounting;
- A confident PC user (Excel, 1C preferred)
- Personal qualities: attentiveness and a high level of responsibility
Key responsibilities:
- Form the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, orders of the head of the enterprise, instructions of the department management;
- Keep records of the granting of vacations to employees, supervises the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules;
- Work with the personnel documentation archive (recording of personnel documentation for long-term and short-term storage, preparation of valid archives for transfer to storage);
- Description and management of personal files in the personnel department (preparation of documents);
- Working with the website of the PFU E (electronic) - hospital, employment records;
- Entering information into the personnel database;
