In connection with the development, the company CEA, which has been operating in the market for 35 years, invites to work an Inspector from the personnel department:
Duties:
- Maintenance of personnel records in full: registration, transfer and dismissal of employees (staff — 350 people);
- Control of compliance with labor legislation;
- Counseling employees on personnel matters;
- Maintenance and archiving of documents related to personnel matters;
- Performing the duties of a recruiter in case of his temporary absence (screening resumes, organizing interviews).
Requirements:
- Higher education, secondary-special;
- Experience in keeping personnel records;
- Knowledge of personnel legislation and relevant changes to it;
- Attention, the ability to complete the work started, communication skills;
- Experience of working with 1C 8.3 UVP, Medok, PFU
