Requirements:

• Experience as a personnel inspector from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the rules of personnel administration;
• Attention to details, systematic;
• Proficient in PC (Word, Excel, 1С);
• Ability to work with confidential information;
• Responsibility, organization.

Working conditions:

• Official employment and all social guarantees, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, fully official salary;
• Work in a team of professionals;
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri;
• A hybrid work format is possible (partially remote).

Duties:

• Maintenance of personnel records of 2 enterprises in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, monitoring of all innovations;
• Formation of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees;
• Formation and management of personal files, orders, employment contracts;
• Accounting of working hours, vacations (vacation schedules), sick days;
• Making changes to the dressing table;
• Preparation of references for employees, extracts, personnel reports;
• Interaction with accounting;
• Consulting employees on personnel issues.
