We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader for our Customer Care Center.

You are our candidate if:

• Higher education;
• Management experience and skills to motivate a team;
• Knowledge in the field of customer experience;
• Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets;
• Strong communication skills, оrganization, structure.

What you will be doing:

• Organizing the work of the team;
• Ensuring that the assigned team of specialists meets quantitative and qualitative targets;
• Providing information support regarding international services;
• Assisting in processing customer requests;
• Actively participating in the implementation of new processes for international shipments;
• Monitoring the preparation of reports for country CEOs and management.
