Personnel inspector in Enjoy The Wood

Enjoy The Wood is a Ukrainian brand of designer wood products that creates unique products for customers around the world. We are growing and are looking for an attentive and responsible specialist who will help keep HR processes in order and keep military records correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Managing personnel records (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, vacations)

• Formation and management of personal files of employees

• Preparation of personnel orders and reference

• Maintenance of timesheets

• Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts

• Interaction with TCC and JV, preparation of reports

• Consulting employees on issues of military of accounting

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a personnel inspector from 1 year

• Practical experience of military accounting is a must

• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and legislation on military accounting

• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs)

• Attention, responsibility, systematicity
