The holding also includes shopping center chains - "Ekvator", "Multipark", "Turbina" and the security company "Bayard 9".

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Recruiter

Our ideal candidate:

• has a higher education - preferably specialized (psychology, management);
• has experience 1 year of work (preferably in retail or mass recruitment);
• oriented towards the result;
• independent at work, optimistic about life, energy, mobility.

In this position you will:

• search and recruit personnel;
• organize effective work staff;
• to ensure the organization of the process of adaptation of new employees of the store;
• to ensure the professional development of store personnel;
• to participate in the HR projects of the directorate.
