Functional duties:

• Keeping personnel records for basic personnel operations: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, granting of vacations, application of measures disciplinary influence, registration of business trips, etc.). 
• Preparation of draft orders, orders, instructional and information sheets on personnel issues.
• Formation of personal files of Bank employees, making additions and changes to accounting data, ensuring the storage of personal files of the relevant employees.
• Entering personnel information into specialized software.
• Formation of time sheets.
• Processing temporary time sheets incapacity 
• Accounting of preferential categories of employees.
• Compilation of reporting on personnel issues as required by the legislation of Ukraine and the Bank's regulatory documents.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (specialist, master's degree). 
• Experience (preferably in the banking system) of at least 3 years.
