Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and processing of volunteer activity data.
• Assessment of volunteer and youth needs, participation in planning and analysis of activities.
• Monthly work planning and evaluation of completed tasks.
• Maintenance of daily planning, task control and reporting in Microsoft 365.
• Organization and support of activities for the development of volunteerism and youth.
• Coordination of procurement procedures for the organization of events.
• Creation of informational materials and maintenance of social networks.
• Implementation of a system of involvement, training and motivation of volunteers. communications.
• Coordination of the volunteer movement, management of working groups.
• Introduction of new tools for working with volunteers.
• Business correspondence with partners, volunteers and other organizations.
• Organization of trainings on volunteer management, leadership and personal development.
• Development and support of volunteer group leaders. Participation in national and international trainings for professional development.
• Implementation of new initiatives for the active involvement of youth.
• Collection of information and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Cooperation with local communities, partners, authorities.
• Coordination of the creation and arrangement of volunteer and youth spaces.

• Requirements:
