Your key tasks:
- Recruitment, dismissal, transfer of employees and maintenance of all relevant documents within these processes.
- Maintenance of time sheets.
- Primary processing sick leaves.
- Issuance of vacations.
- Archiving of personnel files.
- Preparation and issuance of certificates.
- Providing answers to PFU requests regarding periods of stay of employees in labor relations with the LLC.
- Providing answers to employee appeals.
- Participation in the formation of the document "Staff drawing".
- Maintaining orders regarding the mobilization/demobilization of company employees.
We will be great to work together if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a personnel inspector years;
- You know the programs 1С 8 / 1С 8.3;
- You have experience in preparing and providing answers to the requests of state bodies (in the area of labor relations);
- You have experience in keeping documentation regarding the mobilization/demobilization of employees at the enterprise;
- You learn quickly;
