Your key tasks:

• Recruitment, dismissal, transfer of employees and maintenance of all relevant documents within these processes.
• Maintenance of time sheets.
• Primary processing sick leaves.
• Issuance of vacations.
• Archiving of personnel files.
• Preparation and issuance of certificates.
• Providing answers to PFU requests regarding periods of stay of employees in labor relations with the LLC.
• Providing answers to employee appeals.
• Participation in the formation of the document "Staff drawing".
• Maintaining orders regarding the mobilization/demobilization of company employees.

We will be great to work together if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a personnel inspector years;
• You know the programs 1С 8 / 1С 8.3;
• You have experience in preparing and providing answers to the requests of state bodies (in the area of labor relations);
• You have experience in keeping documentation regarding the mobilization/demobilization of employees at the enterprise;
• You learn quickly;
• Independent in decision-making; Disciplined and responsible; Communicative. 400">
