Personnel inspector in Kontinental Farmerz Grup

We invite to the team a Human Resources Inspector.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education or basic higher education (mainly in the field of personnel management, law or economics).
• Work experience - from 1 year in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation, procedure for providing vacations, requirements for personnel administration.
• Experience in working with personnel documentation and orders.
• Confident command of 1C, Excel programs.
• Attention to details, responsibility, initiative.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with a large amount of information.

Main functions:

• Formation of personnel orders regarding the staff.
• Formation, management and record of personal files of employees, record of work experience.
• Formation and record of leave orders.
• Work in the policyholder's electronic account on the PFU portal.
• Entering and updating information about employees' insurance experience.
• Maintenance of personnel journals (accounting, registration, control of relevance).
• Formation of an archive of all personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal policies of the company.
