Personnel inspector in NOVIS TREYD, TOV

The company "NOVIS TRADE" - a network of gas stations "24/7" in Ukraine and grocery stores "YASKRAVA market", invites you to team of Personnel inspector.

Functional duties'ties:

• Maintenance of the full cycle of the company's personnel document flow (registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees, management of personal files);
• Registration and accounting of employee vacations, monitoring of compliance with vacation schedules;
• Maintenance of the staff list;
• Preparation of orders and other personnel documents;
• Filling, management and accounting of labor books;
• Maintenance of military records;
• Preparation and timely submission of necessary personnel reports, notifications to the tax service and PFU;
• Counseling of employees on labor law issues.

Requirements for candidates:

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and military accounting;
• Confident command of 1С:8.3, ZUP, M.E.Doc, Excel;
• Experience of working with an electronic document management system;
• Skills of creating personnel reports;
• Ability to work with a large volume of documentation;
• Experience of preparing documents for inspections of supervisory bodies;
• Experience of interaction with state bodies (CZ, PFU, TCC, DPS, State Administration, etc.);
• Experience of successfully passing a personnel audit will be an advantage.
