Personnel inspector in HiredwithLove

Our recruiting agency is looking for a Personnel and military accounting inspector for our client - a stable manufacturing company specializing in the production of technical products with a full cycle.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of personnel, military records and payroll for LLCs with up to 100 employees.
• Management of the full cycle of personnel administration (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, sick leave etc.); (TCC);

• Maintenance of documentation on mobilization training, booking of employees, etc.

• Calculation of wages, bonuses, financial assistance, vacation, and sick leave; 

• Preparation of payments and payment of salaries; 

accounting;
• A confident user of Excel, knowledge of 1C/BAS HR and/or accounting programs;
• Attention, responsibility, systematicity.
