Personnel inspector in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory. One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. Currently, the HR department is expanding, so we are looking for a Human Resources Inspector.

Future duties:

• Managing personnel record keeping in accordance with the law (admission, dismissal, transfer, leave and other absences)
• Formation and management of personal files of employees in 1C (2 and 8), work books, certificates for employees, etc., formation of archives
• Formation of orders regarding personnel changes, management of reports accounting of working hours
• Formation and maintenance of a database of company employees
• Consultation of employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code and other legislative acts

Required skills and experience:

Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of labor law
• Being responsible, able to multitask;
• Experience with variable schedules;
• Experience in 1C or IT-Enterprise
• Experience in production/industry will be a plus">Working conditions:
