Personnel inspector in Radosvit, Agroholding, TOV

ToV Agroholding "Radosvit" - an electricity producer, invites a personnel inspector to its team, who will take responsibility for maintaining personnel documentation (up to 100 employees) and recruiting personnel for vacant positions.

Functional responsibilities:

• Management of personnel records in accordance with current legislation (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, vacations, business trips, etc.); (orders, regulations, job instructions).
• Employment of employees with foreign citizenship;
• Search and selection of personnel (creating a vacancy profile, placing ads, conducting interviews);
• Selection of personnel of all levels and positions;
• Counseling of employees on personnel and labor issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in keeping personnel records;
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, relevant regulatory documents;
• Excellent knowledge of personnel document management (orders on recruitment, dismissal, transfer, relocation, business trips in Ukraine and abroad, personal cards, calculation of length of service, keeping work books, etc.);?
• Experience in the field of personnel selection will be an advantage;
• PC skills, preferably knowledge of 1C (if necessary, the company can provide training);
• Responsibility, attention to details, sociability, ability to work with people.
